Do I need an existing website?
No. Your lead generation service includes access to a dedicated landing page designed to capture enquiries. You don't need to build or pay for a separate website to get started.

How will I receive new enquiries?
When someone submits an enquiry, their details are captured and sent directly to you by email. This means you can follow up without needing to learn or log into a separate CRM system.

Can I choose the areas I cover?
Yes. Your advertising is focused on an agreed geographic territory, based on where you want to attract customers. You can also add further territories as your business grows, subject to our service arrangements.

Will my territory be exclusive to me?
Yes. Your agreed territory is completely exclusive to your sector. We won't work with another business in the same sector within that territory while your exclusivity is active. Other home service sectors can operate in the same area, but your sector is reserved for you.

What is the minimum commitment?
Our standard agreement has a three-month minimum term, with 30 days' notice arrangements set out in your contract. This gives your campaigns an initial period to run while keeping the commitment shorter than a traditional annual contract.

How does the advertising budget work?
Your monthly payment includes an agreed management fee and a separately identified advertising budget. We manage the advertising spend on your behalf, with any unused funds carried forward and reconciled in line with your agreement.

Can I add other marketing services?
Absolutely. If your business would benefit from a new website, SEO or social media management, these can be arranged as additional services. You only need to explore them if they make sense for your business.
